The structure of FLARIS LAR 1 was available for public viewing during the exhibition “On the wings of time – people and aerostructures of Warsaw University of Technology”. The plane that was on display at Warsaw University of Technology is the one that completed strength tests and was dismounted directly from the static load testing facility.

During the exhibition visitors had the opportunity to inspect its airframe design and the most advanced technologies developed by the plane’s manufacturer Metal-Master, i.e. preimpregnated carbon structures.

The exhibition of aerostructures was held from May 13th to May 16th in the main building of Warsaw University of Technology.
