Oskar Kapczynski has had a successful debut at the professional boxing gala in Zgorzelec. The 18-year-old is from Pogdorzyn, just like his sponsors – the manufacturers of the Flaris Lar 1 jet. Flaris is also made in Podgórzyn.

After only a few minutes the young boxer knocked out Grzegorz Sikorski (2-15). On February 24 the young middleweight talent made Podgórzyn famous again! Contgratulations!
